Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Customized or personalized handbags

• Items purchased on sale or clearance

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
